Terms of Service

The deal.

Effective June 17, 2026

Plain terms for using this site and working with Booked. By using booked.deals or engaging our service, you agree to what's below.

The service

Booked provides done-for-you B2B outbound: ICP-matched and hand-verified lead lists, one-page dossiers on each lead, dedicated sending infrastructure, and outreach written and managed on a client's behalf. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set in a separate written agreement or proposal between us and the client. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Using this website

You may read and share booked.deals. You may not copy its design, code, or copy for your own commercial site, attempt to break or probe its security, or use it in any unlawful way.

Acceptable use of our service

Outbound is a privilege, not a loophole. Clients agree to use what we deliver lawfully and honestly — that means honoring anti-spam rules (such as CAN-SPAM and applicable equivalents), honoring opt-outs, and not using our work to harass, deceive, or send prohibited content. We build campaigns to be the kind of outreach a real person would be glad to receive.

What we deliver, and what we don't promise

We commit to careful, hand-built work: real signals, verified contacts, and outreach written in your voice. We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, replies, or revenue — no honest outbound provider can, because results depend on your offer, market, and timing as much as our work. We verify to the best of our ability from available sources; data about people and companies changes, and we can't warrant it is error-free.

Payment

Pricing and billing terms are defined in your engagement agreement. Invoices are due as stated there.

Intellectual property

The booked.deals site, brand, and our templates and tooling remain ours. Work product we create specifically for a client (their lead lists, dossiers, and campaign copy) is theirs to use once paid for, as set out in the engagement agreement. We may describe the general nature of our work in anonymized terms unless you ask us not to.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Booked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid to us for the engagement in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site or service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
