Who we are
Booked ("we," "us") is a B2B outbound lead-generation and appointment-setting service operating at booked.deals. For anything in this policy, reach us at michael@booked.deals.
What this website collects
Almost nothing. booked.deals serves no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party scripts — our content-security policy blocks them by design. We don't set tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be retained briefly by our host for security and reliability, and are not used to profile you.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email us or reply to a campaign, we keep what you send: your name, email address, company, and the contents of the message. We use it only to respond and to discuss working together.
Data we handle for clients
When delivering our service, we research and verify business contact information about prospects on a client's behalf — names, job titles, company details, and public buying signals drawn from public sources and licensed data tools. This is used solely to build that client's outbound campaign. If you are a prospect and want your information removed from work we've done, email us and we'll handle it.
How we use information

- To build, verify, and deliver outbound campaigns for clients.
- To keep our systems secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers we need to operate (for example, email and hosting infrastructure), each bound to protect it.
Retention
We keep correspondence and client-project data for as long as needed for the relationship and a reasonable period after, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email michael@booked.deals and we'll act on it promptly. To stop receiving outbound email, use the opt-out in any message or just reply asking us to stop.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
